Our History
Grace Chapel is a part of the international network of churches called The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), one of the largest and fastest growing Pentecostal churches in the world. It started in 1952 with just twelve (12) members. The founding of the church, was a fulfillment of God's desire for a model church that would re-energize other churches - an umbrella church for redeemed brethren the world over.
The goals of RCCG are as follows:
•It is our goal to make it to heaven
•It is our goal to take as many people as possible with us
•In order to accomplish our goals, holiness will be our lifestyle.
•In order to take as many people with us as possible, we will plant churches within five minutes walking distance in every city and town of developing countries; and within five minutes driving distance in every city and town of developed countries.
•We will pursue these objectives until every Nation in the World is reached for JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD.
Our General Overseer
Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, a former university don took over the leadership of the church in 1982 after the passing to glory of the founder, Pastor Josiah Akindayomi. Under his leadership, RCCG began its phenomenal growth; the church has quietly become one of the fastest growing pentecostal churches in the world - with parishes in virtually every known city in the world and vibrant mission fields in several unreached cities and towns in Africa, Europe, America and Asia. .
Vision and Mission
Grace Chapel as the channel of GOD’S GRACE expressed in HIS LOVE to all People. Relying fully on JESUS CHRIST, Grace Chapel is empowered to reach out to all people in GOD’S UNCONDITIONAL LOVE so that anyone who believes, receives Jesus Christ as SAVIOUR and LORD. This individual response will transform the lives of the people and impact the society for the better – bringing glory to GOD. – “ But GRACE and TRUTH came by Jesus Christ. (John 1:17 )
Our Mandate
Our mandate is to bring the Grace and Salvation of our Lord Jesus Christ to all men (Titus 2:11 ), through the preaching of His gospel; knowing that ”For by Grace you have been saved through faith and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God". "Not of works lest anyone should boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9 ].
To equip and empower people to be witnesses of our Lord Jesus Christ through their conversation and lifestyle. [1 Corinthians 15:10 ] "But by the Grace of God, I am what I am..."
Mission
To equip and prepare its members to be witnesses for Our Lord Jesus Christ by causing them to experience His grace and be individual and corporate dispensers of grace.
1.Teach members GOD’S TRUTH and THE PRINCIPLES OF GOD’S KINGDOM so as to live lives with the heart focused on eternal values /eternity. [1 John 2:15-17 ]
2.Teach and show GOD’S LOVE exemplified in JESUS CHRIST. [1 John 4:10 ]
3.Teach and encourage members to live Holy lives as GOD’S Children as JESUS CHRIST did through the anointing of THE HOLY SPIRIT.
4.Teach and encourage members to love others as GOD’S Children. [John 13:35 ; john15:12]
5.Teach and encourage members to use their gifts and possessions through GOD’S GRACE to help and support orphans, widows, widowers, the needy and poor.
6.Teach people to allow, receive and live in THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT so as to exercise the Spiritual Gifts of GOD’S GRACE. [Romans 8:14-16 ; 1 john 5:13 ]
7.Teach, encourage and promote Spiritual maturity in JESUS CHRIST.

TUESDAYS: Digging Deep – In-depth Bible Study (7:00pm – 8:30p.m)
LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH: Night of Grace (10:00p.m – 12:30a.m)
FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH : Arise and Shine (7:00-8:00am)
All Services hold at the church premises except the which holds in designated members’ residences from 7.00pm – 8.30pm
